GlobalConnect signs up Verint

Contact centre integrator GlobalConnect Australia has signed a reseller agreement with Verint, which provides workforce optimisation software and services for contact centres. It also supports remote office, branch and back-office operations...

GlobalConnect’s partnership with Verint will see it offer the latter’s Impact 360 Workforce Optimisation suite. This includes analytics-driven workforce optimisation solutions for monitoring and call recording, as well as speech and data analytics and customer feedback surveys.

GlobalConnect’s managing director, Pushkar Taneja, says there is increasing interest in managing the back office better and this can help increase overall efficiency.
