National Australia Bank signs with CCK

CCK Financial Solutions Ltd (CCK) says it has signed a contract with National Australia Bank (NAB) for the purchase of CCK’s Guava Suite...

A letter of intent was received by CCK in August, and was announced at the time. The system will be used within NAB’s Group Treasury, initially to handle its Structured Notes business.

Joseph Wong, managing director of CCK, said: "CCK is delighted to win NAB as a client for our new generation system. The selection of Guava for NAB’s Structured Notes business demonstrates the flexibility built into the system. CCK has made a substantial investment in this new technology, and this strategic win is further vindication of the effort put into the system by our development team."

Wong added: "Winning this deal, following close behind two recent deals won in the Philippines, shows that Guava is receiving recognition for its richness of functionality."

CCK is a specialist treasury systems provider, with headquarters in Perth.

CCK released Guava Suite, which is its third generation of treasury solutions, in 2002.

Guava Suite covers the dealing, risk management, operations, accounting and reporting requirements of a treasury within a single system.
