EPRA has been responsible for the redevelopment and revitalisation of more than 220 hectares of inner city land in Perth from East Perth to Northbridge.

Projects currently under the authority’s management include Claisebrook Cove, New Northbridge, Riverside, East Perth Power Station, The Link and planning for the Perth Cultural Centre redevelopment.

A key deliverable of the project is implementing a standardised information structure.

The implementation of an ECM solution is part of the overall EPRA information management strategy in which Objective is to be the single, central repository for all the authority’s documents, records and other media.
