Greentree SCM empowers purchasing departments with a suite of tools that aid in controlling and formalising internal procurement and order fulfilment processes. SCM aims to reduce order to delivery lead-time while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

  • Requisitions
    Greentree's Requisitions module forms an integral component and effective tool to monitor the status of the business requisition process. Whether the requisition is intended for internal use, or for order fulfilment, Greentree Requisitions allows purchasing departments to make a pronounced reduction on the request-to-delivery lead time and also exercise tight spending controls.

  • Inventory Sourcing
    Inventory sourcing introduces an intermediate step in the procurement process, by generating suggested fulfilment methods, such as Purchase Order, Stock Transfer, Inventory etc.

  • Catalogues
    Greentree Catalogues enhances the SCM suite by providing a complete database of products and services available from the organisation’s suppliers. Using the Catalogues module allows users to feel confident that the item ordered from the supplier will serve the purpose for which it is required, through detailed item information and pictures.

  • Analytics
    Analytics builds on the functionality of the Greentree Sales Analysis. Analytics provides Purchasing and Replenishment departments with complex forecasting information that can be used to minimise inventory and reduce "out-of-stocks".

  • eRequisitions
    eRequisitions allows organisations to roll-out the Requisitions functionality without purchasing a user licence for every staff member. eRequisitons links directly to the Requisitions database and contains all of the features required to submit and monitor the status of a Requisition.
